My Career started off at a really competitive swimming level. I guess I started going crazy after hours, weeks, months, years of silence.. I still see the images and hear the water. I remember my heart beat governing the drums and setting the pace to my fitness but also guiding me to a new adventure.
I'm from Tzaneen. We don't have Cinemas... It's usually like 30something degrees outside and we are surrounded by beauty as far as you look. I've always been nostalgic about my hometown and struggle to let go of the atmosphere it has generated within my soul.
I made a vow, not to follow the general market, because I wanted to be unique. Being unique has it's benefits, but running in the opposite only means that great struggles lie ahead.
I've been Jammin for over 15 Years and I love music. Hopefully the ride doesn't end soon, but until then - I'll be recording and creating as much of my soul as possible.
People need to live a little more. I generally go around playing gigs for people who come from all kinds of perspectives. I might have chosen one of the hardest jobs, but I've chosen to live one of the most amazing adventures, created in my head and formed into something I've dreamed of doing all my life.
