The Tzaneen Eco Club was officially launched in mid 2010 and membership has been growing ever since. We are a group of environmental enthusiasts and have members who have expert knowledge in a number of different fields.

Eco Club outings take place once a month and we try and select interesting venues in our region. The focus of outings ranges from general ecology to insects, grasses, trees, reptiles, geology, birds and much more!

These outings take the form of day trips, weekends away and night time get-togethers. Although we have a wealth of knowledge in our area, we also source guest presenters for special events. All visitors are welcome to outings so come along and enjoy the wonders of nature in and around our beautiful area.
